Excellent séjour au cœur de León Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles idéalement situé en plein centre de León, à proximité immédiate des sites touristiques. Le bâtiment est magnifique et moderne, avec 8 étages. Check-in rapide et efficace, personnel très aimable et professionnel. Notre chambre, située au 7e étage, était spacieuse, propre, avec une literie très confortable. Elle offrait une superbe vue sur la ville et disposait d’un petit balcon avec table et chaises. Équipements appréciables : télévision à écran plat et mini-frigo avec deux petites bouteilles d’eau offertes à l’arrivée. Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant, le petit-déjeuner ni le parking. Petit point à améliorer : la télévision n'était pas connectée (pas possible de regarder Netflix) et aucun café/thé n’était proposé en chambre. En résumé : un excellent rapport qualité-prix pour un court séjour à León. Nous recommandons vivement !

주차장은 호텔 건너편 다른건물에 있습니다. 소형차도 간신히 들어가는데 대령차일 경우는 각오를 하고 들어가는게 좋겠습니다. 처음에 주차장이 어딘지를 문의하기위해 차를 호텔 밖에 새우고 들어가 리셉션에 문의하여했는데 매우 불친절하도 영어를 못한다면서 다른 리셉션 근무자를 기다리라고 해서 상당시간이 소요되었고 매우 당황했습니다. 이틀 숙박했는데 컵은 세척하지않았고 방에 있으면 소음이 심합니다. 방에 칭문은 열리지않고 커피포트는 없고 환기가 되지않습니다. 위치는 좋습니다.

Ducha con muy poca presión, apenas salía agua. Al hacer el check out nos indican que hay que pagar la estancia, cuando ya había sido abonada una semana antes a través de 訂房網站. Después de consultarnos varias veces en el sistema nos indican que si que era un error, pero nos dicen que hay que abonar el parking, cuando nuestro coche lo habíamos aparcado en la calle. Tras otros minutos de espero ya nos indican que ha sido otro error. Demasiados errores para un hotel de 4 estrellas que nos hace perder tiempo en el check out, cuando todo había sido pagado una semana antes.

Hotel was in a great central position, close cathedral and other places of interest. Room was clean and tidy although no sink in the wc was a bit strange. All rooms come with a bath which is great if you fancy a soak

Me encantó el hotel, aunque tiene muchos años, se ve un hotel moderno, al final hemos cogido dos habitaciones, una júnior suite y una compartida, porque éramos 3, y estábamos fenomenal, como dos habitaciones, dos baños y sala si querías compartida, estaba súper limpio, las camas eran cómodas, me fijo mucho porque estoy operada de la espalda y para mí es muy importante el descanso, teníamos unas vistas preciosas y en pleno centro de Leon. Si vuelvo a Leon, me quedaré en este hotel sin dudarlo.
